ReadDoug Elder, Director of Fulfillment at Holden MSS in Denver, COHolden Marketing GroupIn January of 2008, Chuck Fedor, President of C&J Lighting, successfully managed the installation of 268 4-light T-5 fixtures in the warehouse of our location at 5000 Lima St., Denver, CO. The installation was completed on time and was well-managed throughout, causing virtually no disruption to our activities. He and his crew were thoroughly professional at all times, and did an excellent job.
As a result of the installation of these fixtures, Holden MSS received over $20,000 in rebates from Xcel Energy and provided savings on energy that totaled over $27,000. In addition, this project directly led to Holden MSS receiving an award from Xcel Energy for the largest energy saving project for a small or medium size business in 2008.
We were completely satisfied with the work C&J Lighting performed for Holden MSS and would not hesitate to use them again in the future, and to recommend them for other lighting installation projects.

In early 2009, Chuck Fedor of C & J Lighting oversaw the installation of new light fixtures in our tire shop. There was such a noticeable difference; we again hired Chuck to replace the lights in our alignment shop. On both occasions the work was completed quickly and as quoted with no disruption to our daily business.
Chuck also helped us send in the required paperwork to Xcel Energy for a considerable rebate.
We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate to utilize C & J Lighting for any future projects and would recommend them for other lighting projects.
Thank you, Mel Ornellas Store Manager

Subject: Chuck Fedor and C & J Lighting, Inc.
In early 2008, Mr. Fedor, supervised the C & J LIghting Inc. installation of all new light fixtures in our Denver warehouse. The work was done on time and exactly as quotes. He helped us obtain a significant rebate from Xcel Energy. Our electricity cost savings have been impressive and there was a dramatic brightness difference in our facility.
We were so happy the result in Denver; we hired him to replace the lighting in our Grand Junction warehouse. Again, the payoff was well worth the investment.
I would strongly recommend Chuck to anyone. I’m convinced of his strong work ethic, honesty, and expertise. Don’t hesitate to call me with questions.

Re: C & J Lighting, Inc., Chuck Fedor
To Whom It May Concern:
Chuck Fedor of C & J Lighting recently presented a lighting proposal for the Cow Palace in Lamar Colorado.
Chuck mad numerous adjustments and recommendations for the lighting inside and outside of our Hotel and Convention Center that included LED lighting. These adjustments will save us energy and labor expense for many years to come.
I would like to add that Chuck went out of his way every time he traveled to Lamar from Denver, Colorado, to do extra calculations and inspections to the Hotel to make sure that we were going to complete our lighting renovation in the most efficient and cost effective way. He shared his vast knowledge with us freely and without expecting a fee.
I would recommend Chuck for any of your lighting needs (we continue to use his company and have referred him to local banks and other entities). If you would like to discuss the matter further, privately at any time, please feel free to call me anytime at 801-699-5559.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Re: C and J Lighting Inc.
Our Association consists of 190 townhomes, arrayed in 46 separate buildings, spread over our large complex. Each townhome has a front porch, in the ceiling of which was a built-in light receptacle. This receptacle held either a standard incandescent bulb or a fluorescent one. Each unit owner controlled his own porch ceiling light by a switch in his living room.
We conferred with Chuck Fedor, owner of C and J Lighting Inc., who recommended that we replace all of those porch lights with LED fixtures. Each fixture would replace the receptacle and bulb, and would, in turn, be connected to a photoelectric cell. The living room switch would be deactivated manually by Mr. Fedor and his assistant, in order to enable the cell to be the sole controller of the new LED fixture.
This installation at each townhome required considerable skill and care. For example, the LED fixture was hard-wired to the townhome’s electricity, and then connected to the cell. All of such connections, of course, had to be routed through soffits and other interior parts of each attic, for aesthetic reasons. Finally, Mr. Fedor and his assistant had to enter each townhome, by appointment, to disconnect the switch there. The project proceeded expeditiously and flawlessly. Our Association and homeowners are delighted with this project and its results.
Subsequently, we engaged C and J Lighting Inc., to counsel us about lighting for the entrance to our complex. The recommended and installed nine metal haloid floodlight fixtures at our main entrance, governed by photoelectric cells. The result was that our exterior signage and 25′ flagpoles are now illuminated after dark, presenting a welcome entrance for visitors and residents.
We have been totally satisfied with these projects, and with the workmanship and efficiency of this electrical contractor.
